Warranty
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage:
Sunglass Resort warrants qualified products to be free of manufacturer defects in both material and workmanship, for one year from the date of purchase. Frames deemed to be defective and within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine if you are entitled to a replacement.
Exclusions to this Warranty include but are not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear (including scratched lenses)
- Adjustment for custom bend and/or fit alteration
- Removal/insertion of lenses
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or other improper use
- Improper packaging of return shipment
Non-Warranted Products:
For non-qualified products in need of repair that are outside of the warranty period or damage/breakage caused by a non-warranted action, please visit our retail location for assistance. Please note that applicable fees will apply based on the nature of the needed repair.
Sunglass Resort Warranty
Occasionally, sunglasses break. It's sad, but true. So, if you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 12 months of the date of purchase, our Replacement Coverage warranty is available. This replacement discount is 50% of the current retail price of the damaged sunglasses toward the purchase of an identical pair. If an item is discontinued, replacement pairs must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase pair.
Your damaged sunglasses must be returned with proof of purchase to the store within 12 months from the original date of purchase. The discount may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. Does not apply to loss or theft. May be used once within the 12-month period following the original purchase date. Proof of purchase must be presented. Certain exclusions may apply; see an associate for additional details.
